Facebook – January 2011

Facebook is becoming an important tool to use to interact with customers and the communities that are generated for different activity types. Recognizing the importance of this, we have created a set of tools to help our clients interact with their customers using this platform.

Each of the features can be independently dependent on business needs.

We have created a facebook application that allows ticket sales for the friends of the group. This allows the business owner to provide preferential or preferred features to the facebook group. This set of features can include preferred or preferential pricing, preferential access to premiere shows, preferential service charge and more. Once they are in the group it becomes much easier to interact with the customer base.

An additional feature allows me (the facebook customer) to publish on the web my event purchase and provide an option to invite my friends to join up.

Adding the “like “ option is also available throughout the web site.

We have also implemented face book applications that generate promotions via text messages as well as continuing to add new facebook connect features

Employee enhancements

We plan to support a better integration with our shift manager and enforce more business rules governed by the organization and or by labor laws.

CRM features

We are now allowing better connectivity with the customer base. The module integrates with our central system for either web users or phone calls.

New reporting.

Reporting will never be easier with the new and innovative report generator. This module will allow creation of new reports instantly.

Manage my Shift

This new module integrates with the Titan employee module. A public web site for the use of the organization employees.
