CRM features - December 2010

Integrated CRM makes Titan customers life easier. Whilst interacting with the customer the agent can instantly view the customer ‘s order history and CRM history.

When the customer is also a loyalty customer, this becomes even more important and valuable. All this data is now stored for the customer’s lifetime in the Titan database.

With a click of a button the agent can see the customer purchase history and customer service interaction. Few more clicks away and we can generate a refund to the customer, issue a gift (waiting at the venue or shipped), and issue a voucher and more.

We have also recently added the ability store documents in the customer profile so that all the data about the customer is stored electronically. This can include documents sent by fax or mail, pictures etc. The module includes a seamless interface with scanning devices.

Reporting will never be easier with the new and innovative report generator. This module will allow creation of new reports instantly.

Manage my Shift

This new module integrates with the Titan employee module. A public web site for the use of the organization employees.
